Shipping Costs

UAE: We offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE.

International: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout, based on your location and the size of the order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that Amnatelier has no control over these fees, and we cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
Any applicable VAT, customs duties, or handling fees must be paid by the recipient to release the package from customs. Failure to do so may result in delays or the package being returned to us. In such cases, any return shipping fees will also be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing and Dispatch Time

UAE: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days.

International: Orders are processed within 3-4 working days before dispatch.
Delivery Time

UAE: Orders are typically delivered the next working day after dispatch. In case of urgent delivery needed, contact us via chat / email and we will do our best to support (a small fee for fast track might be applied - after agreement)

International: Delivery times depend on the destination and the courier service used. You will receive an estimated delivery time at checkout.
Tracking
